Artemis' Clients Empower Local SMEs at Festival Indonesia

Two Artemis Indonesia's clients (BCA and Gojek) joined the Festival Indonesia - Pesta Anak Bangsa, strengthen their commitment to empowering and promoting the National Movement for Proud Indonesian Products.

Over the weekend, two clients of Artemis Indonesia joined the Festival Indonesia - Pesta Anak Bangsa. It was a happening that mixed music, food, fashion, and had more than 170 booths showcasing Indonesian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This Festival Indonesia: Pesta Anak Bangsa was initiated by the Indonesian eCommerce Association (idEA) and got full support from the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment as well as the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The aim was to boost the digital ecosystem for national SMEs. And hey, we're super stoked that we could help both these clients in spreading the word about their participation and supporting the real deal National Movement for Proud Indonesian Products launched by President Joko Widodo back on May 14, 2020.

Supporting BCA, Artemis Indonesia backed up the communication efforts to highlight BCA's presence and its mentored partners at the Festival Indonesia. Their goal was to empower the SME sector, and guess what? Out of the 170 SMEs present, a solid 20 were BCA's Bangga Lokal (Proud Local) SMEs. 

EVP of Transaction Banking Business Development at BCA, Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya, said, "BCA and Festival Indonesia: Pesta Anak Bangsa are on the same wavelength, supporting SMEs to grow and produce awesome local products. BCA's got their back, and this support through the Festival Indonesia: Pesta Anak Bangsa shows our true commitment to empowering the SME sector, which is a key pillar in our national economy."

BCA didn't stop there, my friend. They also offered a sweet cashback deal of up to IDR 50,000 for folks making transactions at any of the SME booths using BCA's QRIS. All you gotta do is use the myBCA, BCA mobile, or Sakuku apps during the event on July 8-9, 2023. Pretty cool, right?

And wait, there's more! GoFood, the go-to online food delivery service from Gojek (a client of Artemis Indonesia's Public Relations squad), came in strong with 12 Local Champion Partners for the Festival Indonesia: Pesta Anak Bangsa. These 12 GoFood Business Partners really spiced up the event. They were carefully chosen as part of the GoFood “Koleksi Juara Lokal” (Local Champion Collection), an initiative by GoFood to bring out regional specialties and showcase them to the millions of loyal GoFood customers on the Gojek app.

By participating in the Festival Indonesia: Pesta Anak Bangsa, Gojek is making it crystal clear that they're all about boosting local culinary SMEs. Tricia Iskandar, VP of Public Policy & Government Relations at Gojek, spilled the beans, saying, "We're stoked to be actively supporting the success of Festival Indonesia: Pesta Anak Bangsa.
