PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) rolls out the BCA UMKM Fest 2023, showing some serious love for Indonesia's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Themed "Rock Local Excellence - Be #AndalanLocal," this shindig aims to amp up the local economy and shine a spotlight on the coolness of UMKM products.

In its third edition,The BCA UMKM Fest is mixing things up with a blend of offline and online excitement. The offline party is rocking at Jakarta's Gandaria City from August 9th to 13th, 2023. Can't make it? No problem! Get in on the online action from August 12th to September 12th, 2023, just hit up umkmfest.bca.co.id, powered by the awesome team-up of Blibli and Grab.

At the star-studded launch, you had big shots like Fiki Satari, Advisor to the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the BCA dream team including President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja, Vice President Director Armand Hartono, Vice President Director Hendra Lembong, Director Santoso, Director John Kosasih, and Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono. The scene was set ablaze at Gandaria City's Main Atrium on Wednesday (8/9).

Jahja Setiaatmadja,  President Director of BCA, dropped this nugget, "BCA has consistently stood by its customers. Through BCA UMKM Fest 2023, we aim to provide a platform for UMKM practitioners to unleash their creativity. Our support for UMKM reflects our commitment to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by offering solutions that cater to various UMKM needs, from sales transactions and operational assistance to financing through Business Multiguna Credit (KMU) in the UMKM Fest edition, featuring competitive interest rates starting from 3.12% p.a., valid until October 1st, 2023."

The offline bonanza is slaying with over 50 top-notch merchants flexing their UMKM muscle. But wait, there's more! Around 1,400 UMKM heroes and creative pros are bringing their A-game across the board – think grub, artsy crafts, fashion vibes, health and beauty hacks, and even travel dreams.

BCA has its "Desa Binaan BCA" showboating local crafts like a boss. Get ready for batik dazzle from Gemah Sumilir Village, leather puppetry magic from Wukirsari Village, and a wild digital forest ride through Virtual Reality (VR) action in Peramun Village. Oh, and don't snooze on BCA Travel Service – they're waving the #DiIndonesiaAja (#InIndonesiaOnly) travel flag!

Up to June 2023, BCA's dished out a whopping Rp219.2 trillion in commercial and UMKM credit, grooving with a 10.9% YoY growth rhythm.
