GoSend Launches Learning Program for SMEs and Introduces New Logistics Solutions to Support Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Sales

GoSend, the leading on-demand logistics service in Indonesia, has launched the GoSend Learning Space program to enhance the capacity of SMEs, especially social sellers, in learning about sales trends and consumer behavior during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. This program is part of Gojek's business focus on supporting sustainable growth in 2023. Additionally, Gojek introduced its latest logistics solution, GoCorp Send, and the GoBox Delivery Schedule feature to accommodate the surge in demand during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.

Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr are important moments for sellers in Indonesia, with the level of consumer consumption increasing. The GoSend Learning Space program is expected to increase the capacity and understanding of members regarding online shopping trends. According to surveys, as many as 88% of Indonesians plan to shop online during Ramadan this year to meet their religious needs.

The GoSend Learning Space training focuses on how sellers can prepare themselves for this special month and includes training on digital marketing strategies and creative content creation. The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno, inaugurated the program and had a speech by content creator Raditya Dika as a guest speaker. The GoSend Learning Space training will be conducted every quarter, and at its first event, the GoSend Learning Space was attended by hundreds of Best Seller GoSend community members in a hybrid format.

GoCorp Send, an expansion of GoCorp's business solution for mobility services that now include logistics services, has already seen high usage among GoCorp users since its launch in late 2022. Transactions have increased almost 5x in the first three months, and in April, GoCorp Send will soon be supported by easy registration through credit cards.
