GoRide Instant bookings save three times the waiting time compared to regular services, enhancing the efficiency of multi-modal journeys. Additionally, Gojek's GoTransit feature enables users to purchase public transportation tickets within the app, consolidating various transportation needs into a single platform.

The Palmerah Shelter, integrated with KRL Stations and Transjakarta Bus Stops, serves as a convenient connection for public transportation users. Gojek's network of shelters and GoRide Instant services extends beyond Palmerah, covering 13 stations in the Jabodetabek area, including Juanda, Tanah Abang, Manggarai, Kebayoran Baru, Duren Kalibata, Bekasi, Depok Baru, Bogor, Sudimara, Cakung, Tangerang, and Kranji.
