Judica is a communication practitioner with years of experience at the senior management level, with scopes covering corporate reputation building, stakeholders management, and corporate & brand communication. She is experienced in managing various issues and crises.

Previously, Judica worked on the corporate side with Gojek, solidifying its leadership reputation in the on-demand industry. Judica was also one of the senior leaders at Ogilvy and Edelman Indonesia, managing M&A communication, CSR, and issue and crisis management. This includes handling earthquake and bombing attacks and bird flu outbreaks to safety-related incidents, product recalls, counterfeit products, factory closure, and union/employee protests. She’s also experienced in litigation PR, communication coaching, B2C and B2B communications, financial communications,  and technology PR.
